How to obtain product support
If you are unfortunate enough to experience a problem with your Meridian system, or if you have any questions about its operation or maintenance, please contact your Meridian Authorised Retailer or Distributor.
Our retailers and distributors are carefully trained, and can help or advise you in setup and configuration. Where necessary, they can work with us to return your Meridian system or product to full operation as soon as possible.
Normally, the best course of action will be to contact the retailer or installer from whom you purchased your Meridian equipment: they will know your system and will be best placed to help.
If this is not practical – for example, if you have moved from one country to another – please locate your nearest Meridian retailer, and contact them to determine the best course of action. Please be sure that they have a means of re-contacting you if necessary.
