What operations can I perform on the Preset Properties page?
The Preset Properties page initially displays factory (predefined) presets. Factory presets have a speaker icon, whereas user presets have a user icon. Initially you can create a user preset only by copying an existing preset. You can:
- create a user preset by right-clicking on a preset and selecting Copy to New Preset from the context menu
- copy the contents of an existing (user or factory) preset by right-clicking on a preset and choosing the preset to overwrite from the Copy to submenu
- rename a user preset by right-clicking and selecting Rename from the context menu, or by pressing F2
- delete a user preset by right-clicking and selecting Delete from the context menu, or by pressing the Delete key
- revert a preset to its default values by right-clicking and selecting Revert to Defaults from the context menu
- revert all presets to their default values by right-clicking and selecting Revert All to Defaults from the context menu
What conditions must be met to enable High Speed Output?
The HS out preset property is available under the following conditions:
- The front speakers (left, right and, if present, centre) must all be either active analogue or else 96.24 kHz capable DSP speakers.
- The output to which they are connected must itself be 96.24 kHz capable (this condition is met for all G controllers).
